Tisa River Basin Hydrologic Data Collection Program

In Ukraine, the Tisa River Basin is located between the Carpathian Mountains and the Ukrainian border with Romania, Hungary, and Slovakia.

Description from NASA:  The Carpathian Mountains, of which the Transylvanian Alps form the southern branch, traverse three nations: Poland in the northwest, Ukraine in the center, and Romania in the south. Nestled in between the two ranges is the Transylvanian Basin. The Black Sea is visible in the southeast.
