  • Statistical analysis of hydrologic data, including parametric and nonparametric trend analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis
  • Data mining including automated data retrieval and analysis, outlier detection, and data cleaning
  • Web access log analysis including usage patterns and trends, analysis of sessionized logs and navigation paths, data aggregation methods such as the Porter Stemming Algorithm
  • Graphical presentation of scientific data
  • Perl, S, and VBA programming
  • Data munging - converting and processing large amounts of data for analysis and reporting
  • Relational database creation and manipulation
  • CGI programming for the web
